first of all wash Kabuli chana in clean water
soak Kabuli chana in sufficient water for 5 to 6 hours
after 5 to 6 hours, and carom seeds and some Salt according to taste in to soak the Kabuli Chana
pressure cook for 4-5 whistles
Kabuli chana should be soft and properly cooked
If it is not properly cooked, then pressure cook once again for some more time
Heat oil, in a heavy bottom pant and crackle jeera
add one teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and onion paste
Add turmeric powder , Everest ka tikhalal red chilli powder and coriander powder to it
Mix well and saute' till oil separates
now add Tomato paste and Everest Chole masala powder 1 to 2 tablespoons
Mix well and saute' for sometime
Now take cooked Kabuli chana and add into frying masala
Add slit green chillies, some salt according to taste and 1-2 cups of water to adjust consistency.. mix well
cook covered on low heat for next 5 to 10 minutes
Flavourful Everest Chole masala is ready to serve.. garnish with some chopped coriander
Enjoy endlessly with Roti , Puri, Bhature, parantha, or rice
